The Newpark Terrace Homeowners Association is a 60-unit, elevated condominium HOA located in Park City, Utah. The Terrace project is situated above first-level retail space and parking garage of Newpark Town Center. The project has eastern views across the Swaner Nature Preserve to the nearby ski resorts and western views over Newpark’s main street and The Utah Olympic Park.
